The NDC Institute and The Possums Programs are separate entities to the former charity Possums for Mothers and Babies (PMB, which ceased operating in August 2023). Dr Pamela Douglas has always owned her own intellectual property. Dr Pamela Douglas resigned as a PMB Board Director in June 2021. By 30 January 2023, Dr Pamela Douglas had resigned from PMB and had no responsibility for PMB’s business operations.

The Possums Baby and Toddler Sleep Programs are entirely upgraded, expanded and reworked to include the latest evidence. They took Dr Pam a year to create. The Possums Infant Sensory Motor Development Progam and all The Possums Breastfeeding & Lactation Programs are completely new and have never been released before.
